Q:  How soon do you ship, what shippers do we use, and when should I expect delivery?

A:  FAST SHIPPING -- all orders are shipped within 24 hours of the order, Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.  You will receive confirmation and a tracking number for the shipment via email.

A:  Shipping methods -- if your order is under $50 (or international) you get to choose how your order is shipped.

    • Delivery to US addresses for order over $50 are shipped US Priority Mail.  Information can be found on our Shipping & Guarantees page.
    • We may use UPS Ground for large orders.
    • We may also use FedEx Ground or DHL (international orders).
    • For quicker receipt of your order, we you can choose to ship via the following (the additional cost will be added to your order):
      • Postal Express
      • UPS Next Day
      • UPS Second Day
      • FedEx Express

A:  Delivery -- for Priority Mail, you can expect to receive your order within 3 days from shipping & pickup (depending upon your distance from us).  UPS ground will take 1 to 5 days depending upon distance from Eastern Kentucky.

Q:  What type of payments do you accept for orders?

A:  We accept all major credit cards, ApplePay and Paypal.

A:  Yes.

If for any reason, within 30 days of purchase, you are dissatisfied with the product, we will gladly refund your purchase price.  We naturally request the reason so that we may improve our products and/or service.  We very, very rarely have a return or a complaint.  You do not have to return the product if you are not satisfied, we will still give you a full refund. If unopened, or if there is a problem with the product, we would like to have it and will gladly pay for the return shipping costs (and send you a postal return label).

A:  First, because we do ALL of our own manufacturing here at our factory & office/laboratory, we control all aspects of production for all of our products.
